Concerto Rococó besteht aus drei Sätzen Toccata, Elegie sowie Gigue en Rondeau - alles typische musikalische Formen zur Zeit des Rokoko. Die Toccata ist sehr virtuos und steht im Kontrast zur lyrischen, sehnsuchtsvollen Elegie. Nach Gigue en Rondeau folgt noch einmal eine virtuose Passage. Concerto Rococó fordert sowohl Solist als auch Blasorchester, gibt ersterem aber auch die Möglichkeit, zu glänzen und alle virtuosen und lyrischen Möglichkeiten seines Instruments voll auszuloten.
