Based on a traditional fiddle tune, this very fun arrangement uses optional hand drum and washboard to help create an old-style barn dance atmosphere. Articulations are marked to imitate the feel of bowing on a fiddle, and should be closely adhered to for a successful stylistic performance. Vocal cheers by the players near the end of the work add to the fun in this very festive young band work.
